Branding + Website Design
The strategy behind Trauma Forward’s brand was to create an identity that immediately communicates safety, trust, and professionalism while remaining approachable and emotionally supportive. Each section was developed with the intent to guide potential clients from hesitation to confidence. The visual and verbal direction focuses on grounded, nature-inspired tones, clear typography, and compassionate messaging, ensuring the brand feels welcoming without being clinical.
From a strategic perspective, the target market informed every brand choice. Adults seeking trauma-informed care may feel vulnerable or hesitant, so the brand needed to reduce barriers and build immediate trust. Values like empathy, authenticity, and professionalism were emphasized to position Trauma Forward as both supportive and credible. Overall, the strategy ensured that the brand not only reflects the practice’s mission but also acts as a tool to connect with clients meaningfully, establishing confidence and emotional safety before the first interaction.
My experience with Whitney far surpasses my hopes and goals for my site. She is exceptionally creative-and knows how to apply vision that captures my personality, the intention behind my work, and how to authentically reach my audience in a professional and yet personal way.
She is patient and explains the process in great details and provides easy tool kits and steps (which is wonderful if you are like me and lack tech skills). She is prompt in response, efficient in managing workload, and emotionally very supportive and encouraging (marketing can be scary for a lot of folks, lol).
She is edgy and unique in her design and committed and heartfelt in her commitment to her clients and craft. I highly recommend her. I will be using her services for my other business soon!
